Bootleg Is the Chaotic Energy Your Wardrobe Needs

Cheap Monday x Slam Jam.

POSTED BY ZOE TYLER

What happens to a room when everyone’s getting ready to leave it? Cheap Monday Bootleg dares you to find out. Celebrating 20 years of the Swedish brand that defined your teenage angst (and probably your first pair of skinny jeans), Cheap Monday is back—and this time, it’s unfiltered.

Their new pinnacle line, Bootleg, isn’t here to play nice. Rooted in DIY rebellion, these exclusive styles hit hard with bold graphics, glittery stripes, and stars that scream disruption. Add some safety pins for good measure, and you’ve got a collection that feels like a chaotic pre-party fever dream. Slam Jam-exclusive and captured in all its raw glory by photographer Alessia Gunawan, Bootleg makes every random room feel like a stage, where pants are the main event.

To set the tone, Cheap Monday threw a London Fashion Week party that had artists like Uffie making sure no one forgot what it means to disrupt. But they’re not stopping there. Bootleg is launching with an event in Milan at Spazio Maiocchi, from 7 to 10 PM. Expect sounds from Snow Strippers, Mechatok, Evil Giane, and Eera to blow the roof off, while you soak in the vibe (and show off your look).

Bootleg is available now at Slam Jam, so whether you’re strutting into the party or just vibing in a random room, you can wear your heart—and a little chaos—on your legs. Don’t miss it, unless you want to prove you really are the poser you swore you weren’t.
