Her latest venture with mother Tina Knowles.

The Queen B can never catch a break. Honestly, how does she do it? After the huge success of her Cé Noir fragrance debut last year, Beyoncé has teamed up with her mother Tina Knowles to launch haircare brand Cécred (pronounced sacred). The duo are launching eight new products inspired by global haircare and Tina’s hair salon in Houston, Texas.

The brand launched on Tuesday 20th February, leaking some of their featured products on both Beyoncé’s and Cécred’s Instagram pages. The singer also did a dynamic cover page shoot and interview for Essence magazine, a black woman’s lifestyle guide, titled ‘The Legacy Of Black Hair’. She captions her post:

“Hair and the deeply personal story it plays in life has always been sacred to me. Haircare is a ritual that feeds the soul and I’m so excited to share it with you.”

Beyoncé and her mother Tina conceptualized ‘The Foundation Collection’ to focus on ‘visible hair health, strength, moisture, and shine.’ The line consists of the following:

🐝  Clarifying Shampoo and Scalp Scrub
🐝  Hydrating Shampoo
🐝  Moisturizing Deep Conditioner
🐝  Reconstructing Treatment Mask
🐝  Fermented rice & rose protein ritual
🐝  Moisture Sealing Lotion
🐝  Nourishing Hair Oil

The line uses their own patent-pending technology which they have labeled ‘Bioactive Keratin Ferment’, which they have developed using vigorous testing in keratin recovery science. Cool, right?  The products are also infused with notes of Temple Oud Australian sandalwood, warm musk, night-blooming jasmine, Haitian vetiver and violet leaves.

Beyoncé's hairstylist Neal Farinah will also be helping out with the launch as the lead global stylist for the brand, alongside Chief Executive Grace Ray.

Cécred’s Foundation Collection is currently live on their website, so if you are in the market to improve your hair’s shine and structural integrity then go and check it out! Plus, I mean it’s Beyoncé. Do I need to say any more?
