ARKK Copenhagen Drops Its First Women's-Exclusive Sneaker
Girls just wanna have fu-unnn...
Continuing the momentum of its bigger and techier than ever Spring/Summer 2018 collection, Scandi sneaker brand ARKK Copenhagen takes another bold step into Pre-Fall 2018.
Headlining the first drop is the brand's first women's-exclusive sneaker, the 'Raven Mesh Velvet,' inspired by Cyndi Lauper's 1983 hit 'Girls Just Want to Have Fun.' A super-feminine take on the popular 'Raven' silhouette, the limited-edition has got all the pink, velvety ribboniness you'd expect from a sneaker named after that song, in 'Soft White Rose' and 'Rose Soft White' colorways.
The rest of the Pre-Fall collection, of which there are 31 women's styles, is all about modern street-ready styling and next-gen performance. The star of the second drop is the limited-edition SPYQON FG 2.0, a laceless black knitted mid-top with striking neon flashes. The third drop features the all-new VELCALITE, an innovative, architectural silhouette inspired by Copenhagen's Circle Bridge.
Get a closer look at the collection highlights in the gallery above. Drop one, including the $120 'Raven Mesh Velvet,' hits ARKK Copenhagen today, while drop two and three are set to release on May 1 and May 24 respectively.
Next up, Nike's Air Max 90 gets wrapped in linen for summer.
