Ariana Grande Just Put Her Eternal Sunshine Tour Makeup In A Holiday Collection
Now you can buy the makeup.
Ariana Grande has spent the past year looking like she wandered directly out of a ballet rehearsal and into a pop concert.
r.e.m. beauty has launched its limited-edition En Pointe Holiday Collection, a seven-piece ballet-inspired capsule filled with frosted pinks, mauves, lilacs and enough sparkle to make your December makeup bag feel considerably more dramatic.
The Prima Palette Is the Main Character

The obvious star is The Prima Palette, a six-shade eyeshadow palette that Grande has already been wearing during her Eternal Sunshine Tour.
The colors move through soft pale pink, rose gold, lavender, plum, mauve and high-reflective pink, with a mix of velvety mattes and luminous duochromes.
Basically, it is the Ariana Grande version of holiday eyeshadow: romantic enough for ballet, sparkly enough for the stage, and just dramatic enough that you could absolutely wear it while doing something completely mundane like buying oat milk.
The palette is $44 and is available now through r.e.m. beauty.
Yes, the Whole Thing Is Very Ballet

En Pointe isn't exactly being subtle about its inspiration.
The collection takes the visual language of ballet and turns it into makeup: satin mauves, tulle pinks, icy shimmer and soft, polished finishes. Even the packaging leans into the fantasy.
And honestly, I'm glad they committed.
Holiday beauty has a tendency to become an endless parade of red lipstick and gold glitter. Give me a pointe-shoe charm and a lavender duochrome instead.
There Is a Lip Mask With a Pointe Shoe Charm

The Satin Slumber Lip Mask is $26 and comes in a rich plum shade with a lavender crème brûlée scent.
It uses lactic acid, a tripeptide and shea butter, with r.e.m. beauty positioning it as a hydrating and smoothing treatment. And because apparently a normal lip mask wasn't whimsical enough, the packaging comes with a custom pointe-shoe charm.
This is the kind of beauty product where the tiny accessory is arguably half the reason I want it.
Then There Is the Sparkly Eye Situation
The Frost & Flutter Eye Makeup Set pairs a shimmering liquid eyeshadow with r.e.m. beauty's new Triple Threat Mascara.
The liquid shadow has a duochrome finish that shifts as it catches the light, while the mascara is designed to add volume, lift and length.
It is $29, which makes it the considerably less financially terrifying way to get into the collection if committing to an entire new holiday makeup personality feels excessive.
The Blush Is Staying Soft
The Ballet Rosé Blush Palette brings three creamy shades into the collection for the softer side of the ballet fantasy, while the Mélange à Trois Blush & Highlight Stick combines blush and highlighter into one swipe.
There is also the Gloss Barre Mini Glossy Balm Set for anyone who wants the shiny, juicy lip without going completely full Broadway.
The result is a collection that can actually build an entire face rather than giving us one novelty eyeshadow palette and calling it a holiday collection.
Ariana's Beauty Team Is Part of the Fantasy
The timing feels particularly right because beauty has become a much more visible part of Grande's live performances.
During the Eternal Sunshine Tour, her makeup artist Michael Anthony and hairstylist Alyx Liu have actually appeared onstage to refresh her look, with Anthony touching up Grande's r.e.m. beauty gloss before “7 Rings.” Grande has described hair and makeup as a major part of the storytelling in her performances.
So En Pointe isn't just borrowing a ballet aesthetic for holiday packaging.
It's taking a beauty language that has been part of Grande's current era and turning it into something fans can play with themselves.
I'm Taking the Sparkly One
The En Pointe collection is available now through r.e.m. beauty, with individual products ranging from $24 to $44.
And while I respect the discipline required to become a prima ballerina, I personally have no interest in that level of commitment.
Give me the duochrome eyeshadow, the glossy lips and the tiny pointe-shoe charm.
I'll take my ballet career in makeup form.
