Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Is Not Going Anywhere
Her landslide victory doesn’t surprise us at all.
Seems like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, aka the youngest woman ever elected to the American Congress, is only getting started. Not only has she been re-elected as New York representative but also, she won by a landslide victory.
Her challenger, John Cummings, Republican, Catholic school teacher and former police officer, raised more than $10 million going up against AOC. He also distributed over 700,000 advertising pieces of mail in the New York district. This didn’t stop AOC from winning with him by almost 37 percentage points.
60-yo Cummings is twice as old as AOC. By 2024, she will have reached the age of 35, which will give her eligibility to run for President as well as Vice President. Fingers crossed.
