High-end fashion brands have decided 2021 is the year to bring a positive change to the industry. Alexander McQueen is a prime example of this—commiting to a partnership with Vestiaire Collective, garments are going to remain beautiful, just with a firm grip on sustainability factors.
Vestiaire Collective Co-founder and President Fanny Moizant, states “There is an urgent need to address the way we currently produce and consume fashion.” With a new circular fashion development, in many respects, in the studio and business models—McQueen is determined to embrace change. A possible new buying philosophy is also up in the air for McQueen and Vestiaire.
