Like many other influencers and celebrities, Adwoa Aboah has used her social media platforms to bring to light the importance of self-isolation and staying connected during the global coronavirus pandemic.

As many countries have gone into lockdown, and most of us have chosen to stay inside in isolation bubbles, Aboah has highlighted the importance of staying connected through sharing art, with the launch of her Gurls Talk #CopingTogether digital campaign.

Inviting girls from around the world to showcase their art to the Gurls Talk community, Aboah’s platform is allowing them to express themselves, a way of coping with the anxiety surrounding isolation and the pandemic.

#CopingTogether is an online space where contributors can share their own mediums of art, from poetry, photography, paintings, videos, sculptures or essays.

Amongst the global community, guests like Emilia Clarke will also be contributing their own forms of self-expression.
