Have A Good Time

Have A Good Time

Cult Japanese Skater Brand

Have A Good Time are a small crew based in Tokyo, who run a tiny shop on a back alley in Nakameugro that deals in weird and wonderful books, music, art, toys and clothes gathered from their travels as well as a couple of small clothing labels and their own in house line. With their often-cheeky graphics and stand-out “Have A Good Time” logo, it’s only a matter of time before the surprisingly small skater group/label starts to make major waves in the U.S. In recent years, the label has gained popularity due to a number of international collaborations with Vans, Stussy and BEAMS but remains fairly unknown and extremely hard to get hold of internationally. This leads to bigger collaborations with Beams and Isetan, but remains fairly unknown and extremely hard to get hold of internationally. Now, for the first time ever, it's available outside of Japan only at Goodhood and in very limited numbers.

A collaborative project with legendary skater Jason Dill and his Fucking Awesome imprint further cemented its stature in the world of skateboarding. The cluttered interior is quite reflective of the colorful personalities that stop by day in and day out, and you will find brands like Stray Rats and Cav Empt alongside its limited in-house line. have a good time also provides exposure to lesser-known gems Chaos Fishing Club, bedlam and HOMERUN, some of which are run by friends and acquaintances. Aside from the vibrant selection of apparel you can also find some zines and skateboarding accessories.
