Footshop was founded in 2011 by Peter Hajducek, who wanted to create a space dedicated to footwear, culture and an urban lifestyle.
At the time he was studying and working in online marketing, but wanted to do something to combine his interests in hip hop, skateboarding and graffiti. By 2014 his sneaker start up had opened their first store, stocking hand painted Vans and Adidas trainers made in collaboration with Jeremy Scott – they are already setting themselves ahead in the more unique trainer styles.
The physical store has since been a hub for talks, performances, film showings, exhibitons and gigs. It has also housed iconic footwear, sold new styles ahead of their time, dropped new clothing collabs and even started their own collections.
The brand now has 2 physical stores; in Bratislava and Prague, and a large website, that currently features collections for men, women & kids.
Unlike the Yellow Pages, the more fire we can get, the better.
