The Second Wednesday In July With VFILES x Diesel

It started with a sip of Pink Party Rosé with Bubbles and a serenade by DJ Nick Hadad on The Second Wednesday Of July. A designer call out to 12 Mercer to view the reworked and reimagined Diesel collection by 4 VFILES Community designers:  Bandulu, Eric Lawrence, Menyelek,​ and OBLANC. 

Each Designer weaved their magical techniques to reconstruct and deconstruct with a hint of embroidery and vintage esque graphic tees, a new Diesel Collection. This was a celebration call, a joining of two forces to celebrate the new passionate generation of designers.  

The collaboration collection encapsulates the uniqueness and creativity of each designer. From Bandulu's succulent pomegranate pieces with mohawk busts to Eric Lawrence's playful raw denim bag with legs. Menyelek takes stitching to a whole other level with boobs and Hello Kitty and a no shoulder leather bomber; while OBLANC's military-grunge take with studs and leather and bleached out stripes.
