Valentino's latest addition to its retail empire is a striking flagship store on Sloane Street in London, which officially opened its doors recently. The new space is a testament to the brand's iconic style, featuring a minimalist design that utilizes a palette of Valentino red, alongside ivory and black.
Spread across four floors, the store offers a dedicated area for accessories, ready-to-wear collections, and private client spaces—a nod to the growing emphasis on personal and exclusive shopping experiences among luxury brands. Notably, the design includes bespoke elements like a lighting installation inspired by Valentino's Rockstud, adding a touch of bespoke glamour.
For furniture, Valentino chose pieces by Mario Bellini for B&B Italia, ensuring that every aspect of the store’s interior contributes to an atmosphere of sophisticated luxury. This new flagship also nods to its New York counterpart on Madison Avenue, reflecting a consistent global identity.
To celebrate the opening, Valentino has introduced a limited edition of the Valentino Garavani VSling bag available exclusively at this location, along with a permanent made-to-order service for special ready-to-wear items.
