Last Friday (November 12th), Taylor Swift released her version of her 2012 album Red (Taylor’s Version), which included a total of 30 songs. On its release date, Spotify announced that the album became the ‘most-streamed album in a day by a female’ artist and she also broke the record for ‘the most-streamed female in a day’ in the history of Spotify, with over 122.9 million global streams.

The song which gained the most attention so far is ‘All Too Well’, which also included a 10-minute short film featuring actors Dylan O’Brien and Sadie Sink in the leading roles. Sink is supposed to represent Swift, whereas it is rumored that O’Brien’s character is mirrored after Jake Gyllenhaal as him and Swift had a brief romance in 2010. The song explores the heartbreaking relationship between the two main characters and how it leads to their eventual break-up.
