SZA Drops "SOS Deluxe: LANA" With Four New Tracks

Expanding record-breaking album.

POSTED BY ZOE TYLER

Fresh off a mind-blowing Super Bowl Apple Music Halftime show with Kendrick Lamar, the five-time Grammy queen has just expanded her iconic SOS album into SOS Deluxe: LANA with four new tracks that are already turning heads. Out now, the new songs—“Joni” featuring Don Toliver, “Take You Down”, “Open Arms (just SZA)”, and “PSA”—are set to add another explosive chapter to a record-breaking era.

SOS Deluxe: LANA isn’t just another album update; it’s a banger. With over 20 billion streams and a 74-week run in the Billboard 200 top 10, SZA has proven time and again that her music is as timeless as it is groundbreaking. Her hits like “Kill Bill” (which soared to No.1) and “Snooze”, a track that dominated the charts throughout 2023, have cemented her status as one of the most influential voices in modern R&B.

And the accolades keep rolling in. SZA bagged her fifth Grammy Award for Best R&B Song with “Saturn” on February 2, further solidifying her reign. Not to mention her cinematic debut in One Of Them Days—her first film with Keke Palmer—which positions her among the elite, joining the ranks of Beyoncé, Ariana Grande, and Harry Styles, who’ve all released #1 albums and films in the same year.

As if that wasn’t enough, SZA and Kendrick Lamar are set to light up the stage once again with the “Grand National Tour” kicking off on April 19 in Minneapolis. With every performance, every record-breaking release, and every accolade, SZA proves she’s not just riding the wave—she’s the force behind the tide.
