7 Ways You Can Help Ukrainians From Anywhere In The World

As the war between Russia and Ukraine continues to escalate, governments are offering military support to Ukraine, charities are militating for more support for Ukrainian refugees and protests are going on all around the world to express disagreement with Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
Although many organizations are offering grand gestures of support, help for Ukrainians can come from every one of us. Below are a few resources you can use to inform yourself, make donations or volunteer to help.
1. Razom For Ukraine
This is a list of resources, rallies and events, volunteering options and verified organizations where you can give your donations, with the money going to causes such as humanitarian aid, hospital support, the Ukrainian Army and LGBT Military, as well as mental health support for Ukrainian children.
2. Ukraine Now
This is a website where Ukrainian people can request help such as transport or accommodation, but also where people can volunteer either to provide transport, donate essentials such as medicine, clothes or food, or offer other services such as translation. Right at the bottom of the page, there are also links for donations in money or bitcoin.
3. From Portugal
Here is a list of cities where you can donate items such as baby food, first-aid kits, pet food, and essentials such as hygiene products.
4. From Slovakia
Here is a form Slovaks can fill out if you want to offer support to Ukrainian refugees, including products and services.
5. From Romania
If you are Romanian and wish to offer products such as food, blankets, and hygiene products or services such as transport, medical, psychological, or legal services. You can also offer accommodation for Ukrainian refugees.
This Facebook group was created for the volunteers to communicate amongst themselves, as well as for any Ukrainian person who wants to ask for any type of support.

If you are not able or willing to donate money and/or products to Ukrainians or are too far away to volunteer, you can still help in your own way! Here are two support groups you can share with your acquaintances to make sure essential information gets to the people of Ukraine.
