Rick Owens Collaborates With Champion After Loving The Brand Since The 70s

In June 2019, Rick Owens debuted his collaboration with Champion for SS20 at Paris Fashion Week. The time has now finally come for the collection to launch this month. It consists of t-shirts, sweatpants, hoodies and windbreakers, all of your essential streetwear farms. Tank tops, crops tops and tennis skirts crafted from sporty fabric scream mesh all over.
The logo makes a real statement throughout the line, with the Champion ‘C’ at the center of a large star. Owens recalls his “cousins wearing Champion t-shirts and shorts when we used to visit the family in Mexico in the seventies”. It's safe to say that the brand has come a long way ever since.
The Rick Owens x Champion collection is launching on March 12th at Rick Owens online, Champion online and selected retailers.
