Ralph Lauren Is Yet Again The Official Outfitter For The US Open

The brand returns as the stylist for one of the biggest tennis events of the year.

POSTED BY MALKINA VARGAS

The new US Open Tennis Championships collection has just dropped by the iconic all-American fashion brand Ralph Lauren. On top of releasing an exclusive collection dedicated to the revered tennis event, this also marks the 17th year in a row where the brand will be serving as the official outfitter and designer for the uniforms of the several hundred ball crew members and the on-court officials of the tournament.

The collection offers the utmost sleek designs and silhouettes, offering athleisure apparel that stays true to the brand’s expected flair of classic American elegance and timelessness that does not compromise on mobility and performance. The ball crew member polo, for example, showcases bright colors of orange, green, and navy separated by abstract white lines. The same polo design is also offered in full color options like white, green, and navy. The collection is topped off with accessories like bucket hats, backpacks, and sunglasses that complement the lively yet sophisticated apparel.

Ralph Lauren will also be exemplifying their commitment to sustainability through the commemorative collection. The ball crew polo shirt will be made with yarn acquired from recycled plastic bottles, and the brand will continue to rack up Wilson plastic tennis ball cans during the tournament to be recycled for fabric and textile production.

Take a look at the collection at the brand’s website, and stay tuned for the official US open tournaments that will take place from August 29 - September 11.
