Pharrell's LV Takes You To A Tropical Paradise

That's what happened on November 30, when Pharrell's Louis Vuitton Pre-Fall 2024 menswear show took over Hong Kong's Avenue of the Stars. The show was a dazzling spectacle, matching his first LV show on the ancient Pont Neuf bridge in Paris. And it was a spectacle to behold. Pharrell's collection was inspired by the tropics, fitting for a balmy Hong Kong autumn (the mercury hit 26°C on the show day): models strolled among colorful birds and palm trees, sporting sailor suits, jackets with beach motifs, and sequined Hawaiian shirts that depicted a sparkling beach scene; their feet snug in soft socks and LV sandals. Pharrell's Louis Vuitton shows are not just about the clothes, but the clothes are there. And they are stunning!
