Noa Lauryn Is Always On Time

New single + a self-love soaked EP.

Neo-soul siren Noa Lauryn is back with Always On Time, a tongue-in-cheek, time-anxious anthem that’s also the title track of her upcoming EP—landing April 25 via Vokall Records.

Born and raised in Amsterdam, Noa blends R&B, jazz, soul and pop into a slick modern package. Think Mahalia meets Anderson.Paak—with lyrics that call out burnout culture and expectations placed on women, all wrapped up in velvety vocals and feel-good grooves.

The track Always On Time, produced by house riser demian, pokes fun at Noa’s own time management struggles while slyly urging us all to chill out about punctuality. “Wouldn’t it be great if we didn’t stress over those 10 or 15 minutes?” she says. Yes. Yes it would.

Other standouts from the EP include Wasting Time, a dreamy slow-jam about embracing rest instead of the hustle, and Please Don’t Make Me Choose—a 90s hip-hop inspired feminist clapback to the idea that women can’t have both a career and a personal life.

With a background in philosophy and a debut album already clocking over 7 million streams, Noa’s not here to play it safe. She’s taking her band, The Incredibles, on tour with dates across Amsterdam, The Hague, Hilversum, London (TBA), plus a special listening session in her hometown.

Until then, stream Always On Time, grab a tea, and cancel something from your calendar. Noa says it’s fine.
