If you’ve ever been called extra, emotional, or dramatic — congratulations, this one’s for you.

NIIVA Canadian-based pop stunner just dropped her most confident, chaotic, and completely irresistible work yet. Her brand-new single “Fussy”, out today, arrives as the crown jewel of her sophomore EP of the same name — a glam, gritty, and gloriously extra celebration of womanhood in all its forms.

Let’s be clear: this is not your chill-girl era. This is your main character, rhinestoned, zero-apologies era. And Fussy is the soundtrack.

The title track “Fussy” is a glossy, brat-pop anthem that struts the line between empowered and outrageous — in the best way possible. With biting lyrics, bouncy production, and an energy that practically dares you to underestimate her, NIIVA reclaims the word “fussy” and turns it into a power move. Think glam meets grit, with just the right amount of growl.

And just when the song hits peak confidence, Canada’s Drag Race winner Queen Priyanka crashes the party with a verse that is pure diva mayhem. It’s bold, chaotic, and iconic.

The full EP, also out now, dives even deeper into NIIVA’s multi-faceted vision of femininity — sensual, messy, dramatic, flirty, emotional — sometimes all in the same song. From the clubby sisterhood of “Girls” to the dreamy piano of “Belladonna – Full Moon”, it’s a high-gloss, emotional rollercoaster that feels like dancing through every version of yourself at once.

NIIVA explains:

“This EP is an unapologetic celebration of all the facets of women, in all our beautiful shades of sensual, fussy, fun, messy, intoxicating… I’m officially reclaiming and reframing — fussy is a compliment.”

Following the success of her Billboard-charting single “Friends,” and songwriting creds on aespa’s viral debut “Black Mamba,” NIIVA is stepping fully into her spotlight — and owning every second of it. With collaborators like Joel Stouffer (Carly Rae Jepsen), TEE (Drake), and Matt Beckley (Camila Cabello), Fussy marks a major level-up for an artist who’s more than ready to take over your playlist.

So if you’ve ever been called too much — this one’s for you.
