Naomi, Kim K And Cher Team Up For CR Fashion Book’s ‘Power Issue’
The Holy Trinity.
From the creative mind of Carine Roitfeld, CR Fashion Book has revealed its 16th Issue, dubbed ‘POWER’. It is fronted by first-time trio, and ultimate girl bosses, Kim Kardashian, Naomi Campbell and the Cher.
The cover story was photographed by Mert and Marcus, the power house behind some of the fashion industry’s most memorable shots. The ‘POWER’ trio is captured as 60s-style biker chicks, fit with leather, 6-inch bouffant’s and dreamy Twiggy-esque eye make-up.
The icons are influential activists in their own right, each supporting and speaking up about causes close to their hearts. Along-side the editorial sits an open interview; Kim opens up about her new-found venture into law and social justice. Naomi eloquently touches on bereavement and loss caused by AIDS and Cher explains her decision to go by a one-word title.
We are in-love with the entire story, from the styling to the art direction. What a perfect time to celebrate three incredibly powerful women.
