Kendall Jenner And Maurizio Cattelan Bring Art To Life In Garage Magazine’s 18th Cover Shoot
Presenting pigeons wearing hats and horses hanging from ceilings .
Known best for his tendentious artwork, Maurizio Cattelan has once again blown us away with his sense of satire.Taking the internet by a storm, Garage Magazine’s 18th issue cover starring Kendall Jenner has brought life to a new fantasy world.
Created by Maurizio Cattelan and photographed by Campbell Addy, the cover reimagines the models into a series of artwork that draws inspiration from controversial and iconic pieces of Cattelan’s work. Turning Kendall Jenner into his 2003 sculpture of Peter Brant’s supermodel wife Stephanie Seymour, Cattelan has reimagined and sparked conversations already.
After his most recent ‘Duct tape banana’ artwork displayed in Art Basel Miami, this shoot has raised the bar. Presenting Jenner as a rapunzel with raven black long hair and pigeons photo bombing the shoot (cute hats were involved! Pigeons with hats, everybody!), it is definitely not one to miss.
