Moschino Has Teamed Up With The Sims For An IRL Collection
How many Simoleons?
Jeremy Scott is known for turning the runway into his own wacky creation. In the past he has presented a Wheel of Fortune style game show, created living, breathing paper dolls, and set up a Moschino branded car wash in the middle of Milan Fashion Week.
Scott is the King of reimagining well-known brands and institutions through a high camp, fashion-focused lens.
The latest brand to get this treatment is The Sims. It’s launching at Coachella as part of Scott’s legendary Palm Springs Desert Party this weekend.
The collection is made up of ready-to-wear pieces, swimwear, and accessories, all of which bare pixelated versions of the classic Moschino motifs as well as prints that fans of The Sims will recognize. The campaign inserts models such as Stella Maxwell into Sim styled homes.
A hoodie emblazoned with the games ‘Freezer Bunny’ will be available IRL and on the latest versions of the game.
“I love the idea of being able to imagine, design, and bring to life a world of individual personas with The Sims universe, “ explains Scott “That concept emulates what I get to do for each collection at Moschino as I create a fantasy universe of spectacular storylines and characters.”
Ready your simoleons and head to Moschino on April 13 to get your hands on the collection.
