The Many Faces Of Gucci: Miley Cyrus Fronts New Luxury Fragrance
Gucci Beauty unveils Cyrus as its latest celebrity collaboration for new launch campaign.
Miley Cyrus has joined Gucci’s stellar list of celebrity faces- including Harry Styles and Billie Eilish- for their newest campaign. The multi-platinum selling singer-songwriter will front the luxury brand’s campaign to launch their new fragrance, Flora Gorgeous Gardenia Eau de Parfum.
A-list designer Alessandro Michele served as creative director for the campaign, describing Cyrus as “an artist with a spirit that is both rock ‘n’ roll and eclectic…” The campaign visuals, directed and shot by photographer Petra Collins, will be released ahead of the online launch on July 30, 2021. The fragrance will be available in stores beginning in August.
Cyrus didn’t come in like a wrecking ball- she has previously been spotted in custom Gucci fashion, also appearing in a self-directed video for Michele Aria’s collection in April.
Announcing the partnership in an Instagram post, Cyrus shared that she has “felt like family for a long time in [her Gucci] collaborations which have always revolved around vibrant color, self-expression & unapologetic contradiction.”
