While Barcelona prepares to host the Louis Vuitton 37th America’s Cup, the French luxury brand is making waves with a capsule collection inspired by the spirit of sailing.

Unveiled ahead of its cruise show on May 23, this collection marks the meeting of fashion and sport, released in stores and on online platforms on July 18.

This line encompasses ready-to-wear, bags, and accessories that merge house emblems with bold colors and themes. At the heart of the collection lies a graphic V logo initially crafted by Gaston-Louis Vuitton in the 1920s, now revitalized to adorn everything from weekender bags to socks.

The collection is divided into three distinct themes:

Riding the Waves

Features practical pieces such as windbreakers, with dynamic red, white, and blue Damier check patterns, perfect for the high seas.

A Day on the Deck

Here, Louis Vuitton revisits its iconic Damier and Monogram motifs, infusing them with the vibrant hues and styles of maritime signal flags.

Elegant Summer Evening

Designed for more formal occasions, this theme offers sleek black or white jersey crepe column dresses that exude timeless elegance.

Accessories play a pivotal role in this collection, introducing the Sailor sling bag and the Float wearable wallet. A range of city bags also display the America’s Cup insignia.

Among the standout items is a collectible Keepall 50 featuring a Damier Flags print, alongside smaller pieces such as an America’s Cup square, nautical tie or bandeau, baseball caps, and even a life buoy tag.

Louis Vuitton's association with the America’s Cup dates back to 1983.

The brand's engagement with sports extends beyond sailing. With the upcoming Olympic Games in Paris, Louis Vuitton has enlisted high-profile ambassadors such as Spanish tennis star Carlos Alcaraz, French swimmer Léon Marchand, and fencing champion Enzo Lefort. Last year, they also released a Winter Sports collection.

You would be a fool to miss.
