The 990V4 is one of the most iconic models in New Balance's history, and it's about to get a fresh makeover thanks to a collaboration with Joe Freshgoods. The Chicago-based designer and streetwear legend has teamed up with the Boston-based brand to create a collection of apparel and footwear that celebrates the legacy and culture of the 990V4.
The collection, dubbed "Outside Clothes", draws inspiration from Joe Freshgoods' childhood memories of playing outside and wearing his favorite clothes. The collection features a range of pieces that mix retro vibes with modern flair, such as hoodies, tees, shorts, socks, and hats. The highlight of the collection is the 990V4 sneaker, which comes in a vibrant colorway of red, green, yellow, and blue, with Joe Freshgoods' signature logo on the tongue and heel.
The Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 990V4 collection will be available on December 4th at select retailers and online at joefreshgoods.com and newbalance.com. The sneaker will retail for $220 USD, while the apparel will range from $30 USD to $90 USD.
