JLo And Shakira Turn Up The Heat At The 2020 Super Bowl Halftime
With hip shaking performances on iconic hits to Latin pride moments
America’s most beloved sporting event: the halftime show, rocked hearts all over the world. Like, who needs football when you can have a display of athleticism that is shakira’s hips!

The latina icons performed side-by-side for the first time ever. As a tribute to the late, Kobe Bryant, the performance also celebrated Latin pride and cultural diversity.
A medley of their greatest hits, this 12-minute time slot included a mix of Lopez’s “Jenny From the Block,” as well as Shakira’s “Whenever, Wherever” and “Hips Don’t Lie.”
The final segment ended with a bang when JLo walked on stage with a feathered American cape that transitioned to a Puerto Rican flag. Showing off their signature dance moves, the two divas sang “Let’s Get Loud” and “Waka Waka (This Time for Africa)”.
