Jeffree Star Facing Accusations Of Sexual Misconduct and Abuse

Jeffree Star is the king of the beauty industry, with fourteen million followers and top cosmetics brand. On the other hand, he committed every possible sin an Internet personality could be accused of – sexism, racism, violence, slut-shaming and fat-shaming. Now, allegations of sexual misconduct and physical abuse are added to this list, as reported by “Business Insider” on October 1.

In 2007, Gage Arthur, then 17, spent a night watching a movie with Star. The beauty guru allegedly tased the teenager because he refused to hold his hand. After the movie, Star sexually assaulted him. There are witnesses to Arthur’s story and many of his friends confirm it. However, YouTuber’s tweets proving that they actually had spent the night together, are now deleted.

The same year, before his show during the Warped Tour, Star allegedly groped Britain Strah, a previous employee of Bitoz Pizzeria, a venue in Alaska. A similar thing happened during the same tour two years later. A video, circulating online, shows Star grabbing a random man’s crotch and saying “I knew it was big.” Additionally, in 2009, Chris Avery Bennet, who interacted with Star through mutual friends on social media, believes to have received his nude photo through MySpace.

Star’s attorneys denied all the allegations, describing them as malicious, reckless, misleading and heretic. They also promised to take legal actions against “Business Insider.” The influencer himself has not made any comment yet.
