It’s All About Tights: Paris Fashion Weeks Biggest Trend 2024

As the final week of the AW24 Fashion Month draws to a close, we have seen many new fashion trends emerge from the scenes, some were predicted glam but others were unexpected returns. This is obvious with the re-emergence of tights, as their peak in the trend cycle has hit us hard this week. 

With multiple stars flocking to the fashion capital in style for Fashion Week, it was inevitable to see them on multiple front-row guests during Fashion Month, as colorful tights always tend to appear at fashion shows. But, forget colours in 2024! They have been dropped for this year's Fashion Week as the simplicity of the sheer black tights has added a touch of charm to the ‘quiet luxury’ theme that has threaded its way through this Fashion Month. Tights during the colder weather season aren't exactly groundbreaking, however, sometimes the simpler the better, adding tights to a look can bring it from casual to glamorous. Especially, on day two of Paris Fashion Week, with celebrities wearing red, white, glitter or simply sheer black tights.
