Olivia Rodrigo Style Guide: How to Recreate Her Looks

A breakdown of her bold stage-to-street style and how to recreate it.

Olivia Rodrigo’s stage and street style truly make me want to “drop dead” because it’s so good. From simple blocks to prints, she’s not afraid to step out of the box with any outfit. She’s a fan of multiple silhouettes, funky patterns, and color, which definitely reflects the energy of her music.

Seeing a celebrity on a red carpet, stage, or in their everyday life, who stays consistent with their style, but also grows along with them, is one of my favorite things. Olivia Rodrigo does just that.

Throughout the era of her debut album “Sour,” we see her playing around with pleats, blues, and bows, which was definitely a sign of the times. I look back at her outfits from 2021, and I’m still just as obsessed with them today as I was back then.

During her time touring her second album, “Guts,” there’s a more sophisticated edge, but still playful patterns. Instead of colorful plaid, we see colorful sequins and polka dots. Instead of blue and purple, we see red and purple, which now feels like a bit of foreshadowing to what her new album calls for – pink!

My favorite looks ever have been by her recently (and I may be biased because my favorite color is pink). But from her pink trimmed Blumarine birthday dress to the pink babydoll dress she’s wearing on her album cover, I am so excited to see what this new album has in store for us fashion-wise.
