Fast forward to now, and suddenly they’re everywhere – on tops, skirts, belts, bags, and even boots. Grommets might be the most unexpected fashion detail to have a moment, but somehow, they’re instantly making even the most basic pieces feel cool.

At their core, grommets and studs are just tiny metal eyelets – they’re functional, industrial, and almost utilitarian in a way. When you see them on tanks, purses, heels, and jeans, it suddenly clicks, it’s not just hardware, but a fashion statement. I love it when these metal details are added to clothing because it makes your outfit more elevated.
