Gucci Collabs With 100 Thieves Creating Sustainable Backpacks
Be quick, they are limited to 200 units.
Gucci has revealed a backpack collaboration with Los Angeles- based apparel, lifestyle and gaming 100 Thieves.
The luxurious Italian brand has created 200 limited-edition numbered backpacks from the Gucci Off The Grid collection. The silhouette comes in a striking red colourway with multiple pockets and a black leather trim. The top of the pieces features a circle black leather patch with 100 Thieves’ logo in silver.
As part of Gucci’s sustainable Off The Grid initiative, the backpack is crafted from ECONYL material made from fishing nets, carpets and other scraps. On top of this, the backpack will come packaged in a box made from recycled paper and will be housed in a red pouch made from recycled nylon that sports the Gucci and 100 Thieves logos.
100 Thieves X Gucci collaboration is the first of several planned partnerships between the two brands, according to Gucci, as they seek to drive the fashion and gaming industries toward a s more sustainable future.
The 100 Thieves X Gucci capsule collection will be available from July 19 for those with a MY GUCCI account.
