Glossier’s Invisible Shield SPF35 Is Back In Stock

Glossier lovers have been left defenseless to the wrath of the sun for the last few months, when the brands stock of Invisible Shield daily sunscreen became unavailable through the official website.

Loved for how undetectable it looks on every skin tone, the clear gel SPF35 has been missing since at least mid-March. Earlier this week, Glossier posted a photo to Instagram with the caption “Invisible Shield SPF35 is back! Truly transparent, weightless protection from sun damage ❌pollution❌ and free radicals so you can have safe sun. 😎 Thank you for waiting while we made more.”

Although most commenters rejoiced at the restock, some where hoping that the long absence meant that it would be coming back with what they would consider improvements (similar the new supersizes serums). “Any chance it will ever come in a bigger size? Would be great to be able to get larger quantity and also to reduce the amount of plastic used for its packaging requiring fewer refills” wrote one person, while another said, “Can you make one with higher SPF? I still get red when using this!” Another commenter thought the restock came too late writing “ took y’all too long we use supergoop now.”

However, lots of fans were enthusiastic about the news writing, “ID Like To Thank Not Only God, But Also Jesus.” Another just wrote “Finally 😭”
