With gyms across the world closing their doors to prevent the spread of Covid-19, trainers are taking to social media to keep their followers motivated. Barry’s Bootcamp instructor Keoni Hudoba hosted his first free #COREntine workout on Instagram live. Expecting around one hundred people to tune in, however by the end of the session he had over 800 viewers. Similarly, Akin Akman posted his first free AARMY digital spin class, with 3000 people joining in at home on their bikes. Working out for 30 minutes just 3 times a week has been proven to improve mood and boost your immune system, so it’s a pretty great self-isolation activity. 

Spain is currently in lockdown, however, that hasn’t stopped Spaniards from working out. Fitness group, Sano Sevilla Los Bermejales, shared a video of personal trainer Gonzalo holding a workout session on the roof of his building, which neighbors were able to join in with from their balconies. 

So grab some resistance bands, weights or a yoga mat, and let’s sweat this out.
