Forbes Reveals The List Of The 2018 Highest Paid Models
Top 10 of Glam and Hard work.
It’s the end of the year, meaning not only Santa is coming to town, but also it is time for Forbes’ annual round-up of the top ten highest paid models, where we get an insight of the estimated earnings of some of our favorite ladies. And this year, the total of the ten models combined comes down to $113 million, rising from last year’s total of $109.5 million.
Their methodology goes as follows; they source estimated earnings of the models' cosmetics, fragrances and other contracts based on various contacts such as managers, brand executives, industry experts and interviews. They look at the income between June 1, 2017 and June of the next year, 2018 all pretax and without deducting the fees for agents, lawyers or managers, and like that, the list is born.
1. Kendall Jenner
The 23-year-old Kardashian-Jenner takes the lead with $22.5 million this past year making her the highest paid model… in the world. With contracts ranging from beauty pioneer Estée Lauder to Adidas and Calvin Klein, she has recurred her career.
2. Karlie Kloss
Supermodel and entrepreneur Karlie Kloss comes in second, earning $13 million with signing contracts with Adidas and Swarovski—to name just a few. As well as a strong social media presence that helped her create Kode with Klossy, her nonprofit project teaching girls computer programming.
3. Chrissy Teigen (Tie)
Speaking of the power of social media, notoriously witty Chrissy Teigen ties in third with $11.5 million with a growing online popularity that helped her expand her personal brand by now hosting a TV show “Lip Sync Battle” and having a line of cookware.
4. Rosie Huntington-Whitely (Tie)
While Rosie Huntington-Whitely ties with Teigen in third ($11.5 million), expanded in her own way by creating her Rose Inc, her beauty website.
5. Gisele Bundchen (Tie)

Cara Delevingne ties with Bundchen with an income of $10 million by modeling and dabbling into several projects in Hollywood. Her upcoming series is Carnival Row, and set to premier in 2019.

8. Bella Hadid (Tie)
Gigi’s younger sister comes in eighth with $8.5 million, making them the first siblings to ever be included in this ranking. The Hadid sisters are taking the world by storm with several projects on the horizon.
9. Joan Smalls (Tie)
Joan Smalls returns to the ranking and ties with Bella Hadid earning $8.5 million. Welcoming back!
