Euphoria Star Cuts Ties With Balenciaga

The Balenciaga fiasco over their recent holiday campaign doesn't seem to come to an end. Recently, it seems that our beloved Maddy Perez actress Alexa Demie decided to cut ties with the luxury fashion house. She unfollowed Balenciaga's official Instagram account and deleted all her posts related to the brand. 

We take that the Euphoria star had to think about her decision, as she was featured in the 2022 Winter campaign, and no longer than two months ago, Vogue described the actress as a "true Balenciaga girl." But it seems that for some, her path of action is not enough. Instead of silently deleting the posts, she should have made a public statement as other celebrities did, like Kim Kardashian, who took to her Instagram Stories to reveal that she was "disgusted and outraged by the recent Balenciaga campaigns" and that she needed to "reevaluate" her relationship with the brand. Read more about Kim Kardashian's comment on the scandal here.
