A Tsunami of creativity Collections

Andreas Kronthaler's design for Vivienne Westwood’s Spring-Summer 2025 runway show at the Place de la Republique replenishes the richness of femineity to a new level.

With gold and green palette patterns, wrap dresses, off-shoulder boho classics, silky fabrics, gigantic shoulder bags, long chain necklaces, and different shapes of form blazers: This runway truly blends modern edgness with timeless elegance in attitude. It also assembles a new refreshment to Vivienne Westwood that captures a new appeal with a Boho Chic approach towards the pieces. Kronthaler states that the brand is "on a new road" on its design journey.

It was the first time in a while (a decade even) that Vivienne Westwood was presented women’s fashion runway as the brand subjects being gender-neutral clothing. Kronthaler establishes his late Wife Designer Damne Vivienne Westwood’s traditional classics and encourages potential changes. He emphasized his reasoning for choosing to do women’s wear by aiming for the pieces to “symbolize a very powerful, feminine woman, which I think we are looking for and need more than anything.”
