She shows no signs of stopping.
Pop Queen Charli XCX surprised fans with an album, tour and new music video featuring none other than Lizzo. The self-titled album, Charli, is the singer's third studio album and is due for release in September –giving fans something to brighten up the end of summer. The album is full of iconic collabs, with the likes of Haim, CupcakKe and Sky Ferreira. The album caters to all music tastes with the range of collaborations with over half of the songs carrying features.
Fan faves ‘1999’ featuring Troye Sivan and anti-love tune ‘Blame It on Your Love’ featuring Lizzo can be found in the new album which will be closed off with another tune with Sivan, ‘2099’. This unreleased song was performed by the pair at Go West Fest in L.A last week, an LBGTQ event.
Charli didn’t stop there and finally released the music video with V119 cover star Lizzo. In the video, directed by Bradley and Pablo the two singers show that they are powerhouses of the pop world and are continuing to make meaningful music in the often-exclusive pop world.
The Charli LIVE tour will be starting on September 20, taking 21 domestic stops with 19 European shows, following the album release a week prior.
