Carhartt WIP presents La Calma I Womenswear SS22

Carhartt WIP’s latest editorial spotlights its Spring/Summer 2022 women’s collection, in an editorial titled “La Calma.” Shot in a villa in the Italian countryside, soft lighting accents the pastel shades of this season’s collection, as the images by Dali Geralle offer a quiet, contemplative take on summertime boredom.

The garments featured are drawn from various facets of this season’s women’s collection, including classic pieces like the Women’s Bib Overall in both canvas and hickory stripe. These are complemented by items in the brand’s ‘faded’ treatment.

This editorial was conceived by the Milan-based studio TARFU, which takes its name from the military acronym for “Things Are Really Fucked Up.” The studio takes a collective approach, calling on a multifaceted array of collaborators to bring its vision to life.
