Britney Isn’t Free
Britney Spears is still fighting her father for her own rights.
In a recent court hearing over Britney Spears' conservatorship, the judge ruled in her father’s favor of keeping him in charge of her. It has been 12 years since the original motion was set, but finally, there is some light at the end of the tunnel. Britney’s lawyer has stated she is scared of her father and will not perform again until he isn't involved. The judge has set another hearing date for December where more evidence will be provided for both sides of the court. She might not have got a full victory this time, but soon come.
Since #FreeBritney started a lot have theories have emerged about her ‘captivity’. In many slightly odd videos, posted to Instagram and TikTok of Britney, fans have commented with concern. One comment was, “if you need help, wear yellow in your next video.” To which in her next video she is seen wearing a yellow top and mentions “my favorite yellow top” in the caption. Britney’s father has been pushing these accusations as just conspiracy theories.
