Brandon Flynn Is The New Face (And Body) of Calvin Klein’s 2023 Pride Campaign
‘Let It Out’ by Calvin Klein is a celebration of “collective euphoria at the heart of the LGBTQ+ community.”
Brandon Flynn stars in the newest campaign from Calvin Klein—the 13 Reasons Why actor, who is openly gay, shows some skin in the photographic series. The black-and-white images range from moody to playful and feature a mesh vest, a denim jacket, and, of course, the brand’s underwear. From close-up headshots, playful looks, and slogan tops all the way to pure model smolder, the brand features both the clothing and the model well. Behind the magic is photographer Karim Sadli, who has been featured in British Vogue, Vogue France, and I-D Magazine.
Let It Out celebrates the LGBTQ+ community and “embodies the energy, the joy and the freedom of being your most authentic self.” Calvin Klein further notes, "As part of this year’s collection, two limited edition t-shirts were designed to support ILGA World and Transgender Law Center.” Featuring the phrases ‘Empower Each Other’ and ‘Show Up For Trans Youth,’ the tees “reflect our proud support of these organizations in their efforts towards LGBTQIA+ advocacy, equality and safety.”
Another Calvin Klein model is Bodies, Bodies, Bodies star Amandla Stenberg, who features in the material for the ‘This Is Love’ campaign.
