The Renaissance tour has been confirmed in unexpected fashion for summer 2023.

Queen B has finally confirmed that there will in fact be a tour of the incredible Renaissance album, albeit in an unexpected manner. A ‘concert experience’ was raffled off at the fifth annual Wearable Art Gala, an event organised by Beyonce’s mother Tina Knowles-Lawson. Reportedly, the first tickets for the yet to be officially announced tour sold for a staggering $150,000.

Beyonce released her critically acclaimed seventh studio album in July 2022 and is considered a love letter to queer ballroom trailblazers. Including popular tracks such as "CUFF IT", "COZY", "PLASTIC OFF THE SOFA" (my three personal faves) and the lead single "BREAK MY SOUL", this summer tour is set to be a masterpiece.

Blue, Beyoncé’s daughter, stole the show once again as she took part in the bidding war for the concert package, valued at $20,000 (USD). According to the powerpoint presentation, the package contains two First Class International United Airlines Polaris tickets, alongside a three-night stay at a Marriott hotel and two tickets to the tour in a city of their choosing, plus a backstage experience with Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Knowles-Lawson.

The BeyHive (her fanbase) are going CRAZY and everyone seems to be saving their pennies to get their hands on a ticket, as Beyoncé has not been on tour since 2018, the same year she headline at Coachella.
