Bella Hadid Stuns In First FaceTime Campaign
The shoot was helmed by renowned designer Jacquemus.
With the majority of the countries across the world under strict lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic, the fashion industry has opted for new and innovative ways to carry out their campaigns this year.
Renowned designer, Jacquemus, have launched their 2020 Spring Campaign featuring the stunning Bella Hadid. However, with quarantine issues, the whole campaign was shot entirely on FaceTime. Under the watchful eye of ace photographer Pierre-Ange Carlotti and designer himself, Simon Porte Jacqumus, the whole campaign was shot with just an iPhone, a makeup-free Hadid, and an empty room. Despite not being in contact with each other, the trio has delivered spectacular results.
The campaign aptly titled ‘Jacquemus at home’ featured the bare-faced model in pieces from the designers 2020 Spring Collection that was showcased last June. The collection is an ode to the designer featured summery pieces in pastel colors. From a lilac bodysuit to a sunny yellow crop top, and even a sophisticated white suit with a green bra. The campaign is the perfect way to greet the summer whilst stuck at home, especially with the use of retro rectangular sunglasses and platform jute sandals.
With the lockdown still being in place, it’s refreshing to see the fashion industry coming up with new ways to express and promote upcoming campaigns without risking lives.
