Ariana Grande’s ‘Brighter Days’ Are Coming
With a surprise.
Ariana Grande is keeping the momentum going. While taking a break from Wicked, she’s gearing up to drop the deluxe edition of Eternal Sunshine—but that’s not all.
A Short Film to Match the Era
On March 12, Grande teased an unexpected addition: a short film titled Brighter Days Ahead, set to release alongside the deluxe album on March 28.
“Brighter days ahead, the short film also coming 3.28,” she wrote on Instagram, sending fans into a frenzy. Directed by Christian Breslauer—known for his work with BLACKPINK and Grande herself—the film promises a visual spectacle.
From Heartbreak to Healing
Eternal Sunshine pulled inspiration from the 2004 cult film of the same name, following the emotional unraveling of two ex-lovers who erase their memories of each other. Grande’s version explored similar themes, reflecting on love, loss, and her past relationship with Mac Miller.
The film’s poster shows her rising from debris, hinting at a transformation from heartbreak to something more hopeful.
A Celebration Fit for a Pop Icon
Ahead of the drop, Grande is streaming a special live performance on YouTube to celebrate Eternal Sunshine’s 10 award nominations and the upcoming deluxe edition. Fans won’t have to wait much longer—March 28 is just around the corner.
