Ariana Grande Addresses Tearful Performance
“I’m Still Processing A Lot”
Ariana Grande took to Twitter on Sunday to explain to her fans why she was crying during her performance of “R.E.M” at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis.
After expressing her gratitude towards her fans, her team, and even her tour bus driver Kurt, Ariana gave an explanation for her tears.
“I feel everything very intensely and have committed to doing this tour during a time in my life when I’m still processing a lot… so sometimes I cry a lot! I thank you for accepting my humanness.”
Grande has been through a lot these past few years, with May marking the two year anniversary of the Manchester Arena bombing. Soon after that she and Pete Davidson called off their engagement and in October Grande reportedly rushed to see him following the comedians Instagram post where he wrote: “I really don’t want to be a This earth anymore.”
Throughout all of this she has also had to come to terms with the death of ex-boyfriend Mac Miller, who died in September 2018 of accidental drug overdose at the age 26.
