What is the biggest challenge for the modern person?
Is it climate change?
What about political turmoil?
How about natural disasters?
Nope - the real issue for the modern person is the society that engulfs them. Many people are so utterly absorbed by it that they can't perceive themselves separately. And that's leading to a host of mental health issues.
Try thinking about who you would be if the only society you knew were your tribe. It's an interesting thought experiment, isn't it? So much of our identity comes from celebrities, politics, and YouTubers; it's hard to think about what is authentically "us" anymore. And it's creating unprecedented psychological tension. On the one hand, we have who we are - our temperament, impulses and so on. And on the other, we have all of the affectations of our society - how we should behave. No wonder people feel so stressed out.
So what's our defence against all of this? The trick is to relax more. But we're not just talking about passive relaxation. We're talking about the kind of activity that can totally change your outlook and reprogram your unconscious to see the world differently.

List The Things That Are Authentically You
Sometimes we can get so caught up in the world that we find it difficult to separate it from ourselves.
If you're struggling with this, try creating a list of the things that originate from you and nobody else. Focus on your desires and impulses and write them down, without worrying about what other people might think or say. When you do this, you can create a clear border around where your self "ends" and where the rest of the world begins.
Meditate On What It Means To Be You
Meditating on what it means to be you can also have a profound impact on your thoughts and feelings. Ideally, you want to get a sense of your own being, without layering any narratives on top of it.
Find An Outlet
Being at home all the time is something that can profoundly take its toll on your mental health. It is critical that you find an outlet. You could set yourself a goal to get out and exercise every day, read more, or discover the best deals on Vape Kits online. The actual outlet doesn't matter as much as the fact that you practice it.
Enter A Positive Mindset
While it might seem that there are a lot of restrictions on your life, entering a positive mindset can quickly turn things around. Instead of seeing your prison bars, focus on the opportunities. Think about the world of possibilities that you've yet to explore and allow yourself to remain open to them.
Once you take this mindset, you feel invigorated. Yes - things might be holding you back. But even if you have to stay at home, there are still options open to you via the internet and other channels.
Relaxation is primarily a mental activity - not something you do. And usually, it involves creating a clear sense of self.
