Timberland Unveils The New Scar Ridge Parka
For the brave and adventurous souls.
If you liked the Scar Ridge parka by Timberland, you’ll be happy to hear that Timberland unveiled the updated silhouettes of the classic Scar Ridge parka.
Inspired by Scar Ridge Mountain, a peak within the White Mountains in New Hampshire, USA, the Scar Ridge parka is a homage to the brave and adventurous souls who journey to its frigid summit. For Fall and Winter 2018, the classic silhouette is updated to adapt to the brutal winters of urban centers.
Both the Scar Ridge Expedition and Goose Down parkas feature DryVent, a breathable technology that repels moisture while venting interior water vapor, and removable faux fur trim. The mid-length Expedition boasts lightweight plain weave 100% recycled polyester and duck down 650 fill, while the three-quarter length Goose Down is made from an 80% polyester and 20% cotton blend, and has anatomical down fill for ease of movement.
The Expedition and Goose Down are available in men’s and women’s styles, and the former comes in black and microchip, while the latter is available in black and dark sapphire.
Keep an eye out, because the Scar Ridge parkas will come out starting late October.
