Venture The World With Burberry’s 2020 Pre-Fall Collection
It’s all about fashion consciousness around the globe w/ a pinch of pure britishness.
Following last year’s glorious campaign, this time Burberry takes us on a journey exploring the concept of fashion consciousness around the world.
Driven by this idea, Riccardo Tisci has set a travelesque tone to the collection that balances with some typical Burberry’s britishness. That explains the leitmotif of the collection, an old navigational map printed on aethereal silk skirts, head squares and blouses.
Keeping a constant eye on classic British fashion, Tisci decides to bring some tweediness to the collection, like the orange-lined checked poncho layered with a tunic trouser suit worn underneath.
As for outerwear, our favorite looks include that poshy yet sexy black cutaway cape coat, styled up with a gold chain belt and killer stiletto boots.
