ToiletPaper Magazine Launches New Beauty Range
From Sausage Soap Kits to Spaghetti Dish Soap.
Made up of four collections: Hands, Hair, Home, and Bath & Body, the surrealist magazine has begun selling cleaners, creams and lotions for all of your beauty needs. ToiletPaper asks you to prepare for “an immersive and colored leisure experience” - which is what you get from first glance at their bright and colorful branding.
The bi-annual magazine was established in 2010 by creatives Maurizio Cattelan and Pierpaolo Ferrari. It is a photography-based publication, recognized by its striking surreal imagery that is presented on their site in the form of digital collages and animated content.
The brand sells their abstract motifs on a range of home products in addition to the magazine, and they are currently exhibiting art shows in Rome and Milan.
Their new line of quirky beauty products is made in Italy, in collaboration with the Italian manufacturer La Bottega. Their concept involves “passion” and “fun'', as the brand attempts to “involve the senses” and imagination of the buyer, ‘so that everyone can indulge in an ecstatic, perfumed and surreal world where everything is possible”.
“Colored snakes caressing your hair.”
“Humanoid flowers looking at you while you look after your body.”
“Hands with lipsticks for your hands.”
