The Wildfox Girls Of Beverly Hills

POSTED BY BECKY WILLOUGHBY

“Hollywood is a verb” reads the slogan across a pullover from ‘The Wildfox Girls of Beverly Hills’ collection, and that verb is driven with the help of Wildfox Couture; the cheeky LA knitwear brand, on the nexus point between badass and Barbie.

The shots from the 2015 resort look book, starring Vita Sidorkina and Kristina Peric, are more like stills from a movie; there’s something David Lynch-esq, but with a hyper-pink filter applied. Between the manicured lawns, sixties backcombed barnets, and sassy slogan tees / pullovers, all things vacation is the vice, as the Beverly Hills betties cosy up around the Christmas tree, and lounge in babydoll lingerie.

Another iconic campaign, shot by Mark Hunter and Steven Meiers, at a location that’s Hollywood personified, and where (we suspect) “Hipster Barbie” has, ever so secretly, retired too. 😉
