The Appeal Of Masculine Clothing Vs Feminine

What makes masculine clothing appeal to women.

POSTED BY SHANIA BLAKE

Clothing makes you, you, and it’s important that it feels right. Some women, myself included, prefer the idea of a full suit versus a long silk dress. The idea of making yourself look presentable and in the way that best fits you. Masculine clothing, sometimes has connotations attached to it, that it’s the only time you can be taken seriously, and strength & power. A tale as old as time, is the perfect Hollywood housewife, which has been showcased in even the most classic films. All women are known for looking pretty in a dress and cooking, which is why dressing in a masculine way, is away from the traditional norms

Adam Sandler Core

Adam Sandler is the epitome of this and the idea of getting home after a long day of work, and releasing yourself from the shackles of a tight shirt & a tight pencil skirt, and putting a big oversized graphic tee on, and some sweats. Adam Sandler is someone who always prefers casual outfits, over formal ones, which stems down to expression. People use different themes to express themselves through clothing, the same way you’ll decorate your bedroom.

Julia Roberts & The Idea Of Oversized Blazers

Oversized blazers are a trend that keeps appearing in fashion, with Ayo Edebiri’s tribute to Julia Roberts, at the Golden Globes. With their, boxy shoulders and buttons on the collars. Blazers are always a versatile fashion piece, because you can either button them up, or have them open. You can tie them in with a tie & a shirt, or a white top & a blazer, which is the classic way it’s put together. I’ve always liked the idea of when wearing an oversized blazer, depending on the weather, you don’t have to think about wearing something underneath it, and depending on the occasion.

Is It A Question If Masculine Clothes Fit Better than Feminine Ones?

In conclusion, there's just a lot of fashion pieces in fashion, that do fit better than feminine ones & it’s always about energy instead of the question if masculine clothes fit better. It stems down to perspective actually. I might say that, I feel that masculine clothes look better, and feel better, and somebody else might feel that they feel like a million bucks in a cascading dress.
